These terms govern your use of the Penny Windows application and the Penny website. By using Penny, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

You may use Penny for lawful personal or business record-keeping. You may not misuse the application, interfere with its operation, attempt to distribute harmful modified copies, or use it to violate another person's rights.

Your records and responsibilities

You control the records entered into Penny and are responsible for their accuracy. Keep backups appropriate to your needs and protect access to your device, receipt files, exports, and backup copies.

No financial, tax, or legal advice

Penny organizes information you provide. Budgets, balances, recurring schedules, and insights are informational and may contain errors if records are incomplete or incorrect. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Verify important decisions with qualified professionals.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep Penny reliable but do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device configuration.

Third-party services

Distribution, ratings, and updates may involve the Microsoft Store, which operates under Microsoft's own terms. Email support uses your chosen email provider.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Penny is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. IAM_DEV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the application, loss of local data, or reliance on reports generated from user-provided records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using Penny at any time. These terms end when you stop using the application, except provisions that by their nature should continue, including responsibility, disclaimers, and limitations.
